I had my first baby at 38, and started using Bio Oil on my bump around 12 weeks in. I’m pretty sure that doing this religiously after every shower (applying it whilst the skin was still wet) is the reason why I didn’t get one stretch mark!I also use it on my face during the winter time to prevent it drying out as I suffer with eczema.100% would recommend x

    I use this daily to tackle stretch marks caused by monthly fluctuation in breast volume. It’s been great for that. I also use it on my legs to manage some scars. It’s good for superficial scars but useless on areas of significant tissue trauma. I think that’s worth knowing to manage expectations. I don’t love the lavender smell but it seems to fade pretty quickly.

    I ordered this well known product to help the healing of a long hip replacement scar. After a week of twice daily massaging the scar it is now flat , smooth and healing well - treatment is continuing.
    Sadly I initially made a mistake and bought a better priced option only to realise that it was a product without the active ingredients but I had been fooled by the mimicked packaging and logo of Bio-Oil. Amazon was amazing - they refunded my purchase in error and I then ordered the genuine product. We have used Bio-Oil for a number of years and it’s an old trusted product which has no equals.
