I purchased this exercise bike around a month ago, and I am yet to be able to ride it.It arrived with a broken right crank therefore the pedal would not attach.Emailed straight away and it took 2 weeks for the new parts to arrive, however, they failed to provide a tool that would enable me to change the part.I don’t know about you, but I don’t have a crank remover tool lying about the house, but I was directed to another Dripex email and told they would send me videos on how to replace the crank without having any additional tools to the ones sent for building the original product.This took another few days, back and forth sending emails before they would eventually send me a video showing how to replace it using multiple specialist tools.Disappointed to say the least. I’m sure the bike would have been good if it ever worked, but it hasn’t for me, so I feel obliged to leave a low rating.Wouldn’t want anyone else going through this hassle if they really just want to ride their exercise bike after delivery.EDIT: since writing this review, Dripex has contacted me and offered a small refund to go and buy the tools needed. I may ride this bike yet.EDIT 2: bike is now up and running and works really well. Have completed several spin classes already. Let’s hope it stays working.Dripex has been very kind during the process of fixing this after I started emailing them directly. I would recommend going straight to them directly if you have any issues

    I bought this exercise bike so that I could spend more time training and exercising at home. I must say I am very impressed with this product - it is studio quality and is comparable to exercise bikes I use at my local gym. Although I enjoy being outside on the bike, this is often not practical or appealing during the winter when it is often cold and wet so having the ability to cycle at home indoors is a real bonus. This is the first addition to my home gym setup, and I am really impressed with the build quality of this.
    The assembly was relatively easy, although it did take almost one hour taking my time. The package includes a small screen that is operated by AAA batteries so do bear in mind these will need to be changed from time to time. Also included are accessories such as a drink bottle holder and sensors to help monitor your heart rate when spin training. I think this would also be a good purchase for anyone looking to burn more calories as exercise bikes are great for cardio and weight loss.
    The exercise bike has a knob to turn to modify resistence to simulate hills or to increase the difficulty. This works in a linear fashion and is easy to operate whilst cycling e.g. to allow short rests or to quickly increase the intensity of the workout. I have attached a photo of the bike fully assessmbled for reference - it has plenty of adjustability for different sized users so I would expect it to be fairly universal for people of all sizes.     I have had it for a couple of weeks so have used it a few times already. I was a little hesitant after reading some negative reviews but overall in my opinion the bike is very sturdy and good quality, especially for the price!

    The only things I think worth mentioning are the handlebars feel a bit basic compared to the rest of the bike and a little thin (this can be quite uncomfortable after a long class!)
    Also, if you plan on doing any classes that require a lot of movement, it’s probably best to unscrew the adjustable height bolts on the base of the bar, otherwise the whole bike tips to one side! These points reflect my 4 star rating - otherwise it would be a 5!

    It also came very well packaging - I struggled to get into it! And the wheels are handy to move it around easy.

    I thought this may be a bit of a punt at the price but after assembling and using for a few weeks, I have to say this may be one of the best value for money pieces of gym equipment.     Delivered on time, easy to put together. Very heavy so either get help to move the box to suitable assembly point or break it down and mover the parts to final location for assembly. Quality seems very good and sturdy. Extremely quiet and easily adjusts to my height 5ft 11in. The only thing that seems a little flimsy is the multi function monitor in the way it attaches. Useful for standing mobile and slot for ipad further down. Heart rate monitor is ok but not sure of accuracy compared to my smart watch. This bike appear to come from a multitude of suppliers so not sure who you contact with regard to 12 month warranty? Overall impressed and very happy so far.

    It is a nice bike, but there is something not very good.
    1) the handle are too low, if you are taller than 170cm will be difficult. Even I (167cm) cannot put on my forearm on it. Being on the pedal, I touched the handle if I don't pay attention
    2) the sit moves too much as there is no side lock as the handle
    3)the tablet holder and the odometer are very flimsy. The odometer doesn't look accurate at all looking at other apps results

    With few pounds more you can get a bike with Bluetooth and likely better
    Nevertheless, the customer service is amazing, dealing via WhatsApp in a quick way with all the issues

    This bike was a fantastic purchase to start building up and maintaining fitness levels at home without having to go out.
    It is easy enough to build (although the instruction booklet seems to apply to several different models, and some of the screws were already in place on the bike but not on the manual, it was still easy and a reasonable endeavour to build), and once built it it has remained sturdy for well over a month.
    In terms of use, the handle bar, seat height, seatrotation and seat "depth" (how far forwards or backwards you want it) are all easy to adjust and remain well in place once secured. The bike is quiet even in heavy use, and will at most "wiggle" a little, but it seems normal and at no point does the bike feel insecure or like it will fall over, etc, despite me being 6ft.3 (height which is not an issue to use this bike).
    The bike has 2 front wheels which allow for easy moving, and although it is a bit heavy, they do the job. I would recommend to have some sort of mat underneath the bike during use as it may or may not scratch the floor (I have a mat and have had no issues thus far). The only "ngeative" point for this bike is simply its weight and volume during delivery and assembly. The box it comes in is very big and heavy and assembly is, ideally, a 2 person job. Having said that, due to the nature of the product, this seems unavoidable.
    Overall a great purchase!
