I have no experience of using this type of product so don't have a baseline to compare it to.The massager is well presented in its own carry case which provides a good level of protection. My initial thought on handling the product was that it felt rather heavy. It is advertised as being lightweight, although the weight didn't affect my ability to use it. My mam found it much more difficult to handle due to the weight and vibration. She felt it was unbalanced.Despite the negatives, my son has found great benefit in using it. When he was a young child he had a trampolining accident, damaging his back. Since they, he has suffered with pains between his spine and shoulder blades. He finds this massager helps relieve the ache and will continue to use it.

    I received my pro massager gun today, bought it cheaper thanks to Prime days! Unfortunately it is not working. I plugged it, seems to be charging, followed the instructions but it does not turn on… you cannot call Homedics customer service you can only email them. I’m returning it. I wanted to buy another one since this one is clearly faulty but now the price has gone up since it’s no longer Prime Days. I will look for another brand since Homedics clearly does not care to deliver a fast and efficient customer service. At this price I expected better than this. I’m glad I ordered on Amazon because thanks to their fantastic customer service it’s easy to get a refund when something like this happens, just a shame I cannot say the same about Homedics .
