About this item

  • 【Precision Obstacle Avoidance】 Upgraded obstacle avoidance technology can accurately detect obstacle distances and is less influenced by color. Black, stainless steel, and transparent objects can all be recognized and avoided. It is able to detect stairs to prevent falls and easily climb carpets. (Note: Obstacles greater than 1.5cm in size and higher than 5cm can be accurately identified.)
  • 【Unique Nozzle & 6000Pa Suction】: Lefant M320 robot vacuum cleaner with mop removes the bottom roller brush and adopts the vacuum structure of a handheld vacuum cleaner, reducing hair tangling issues. The circular HEPA filter creates a whirlwind, increasing suction by 200% compared to the M210P. The 800ml transparent visual design allows you to clearly understand the condition of the dustbin, requiring cleaning only once every two weeks.
  • 【Environmentally Friendly Mopping】 Disposable wet and dry wipes you've used can perfectly match the mop rack. You no longer need to buy disposable mops, which can help you save a lot of money each year. The magnetic mop rack has a honeycomb design on the bottom, fitting the ground more closely for more even mopping.
  • 【Ultrasonic Carpet Detection】 After attaching the mop, automatic hoover can avoid areas with carpets, preventing potential dirt and mess. When the mop is removed, it automatically increases suction on carpets for deeper cleaning. Additionally, enjoy the convenience of setting small carpets as virtual barriers to prevent access to bathrooms, balconies, and other areas.
  • 【Compact Design】 The integrated body design has a diameter of only 28cm and a thickness of 7.9cm, specially designed for narrow spaces such as under beds, sofas, and corners, to avoid getting stuck. It offers high coverage and extremely low failure rates. With long battery life, it can run for up to 210 minutes and automatically return to the charging station when the cleaning cycle ends or the battery is low.
  • 【APP & Voice Control】 The robotic vacuum cleaner can be controlled through the Lefant APP or voice commands via Alexa and Google Home. With the app, you can monitor cleaning paths, schedule cleaning sessions, adjust suction levels, and switch between four cleaning modes. Note: it only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

  • No, Lefant M320 can only work with 2.4GHz wifi network!(However, you don't have to worry, as most mobile devices on the market support 2.4GHz wireless networks!)

  • The Lefant M320 robot vacuum has advantages over water tank models, including no frequent cleaning, avoiding bacterial growth, and better carpet protection.

  • Since the M320 is not equipped with LiDAR, it does not support mapping. However, you can see real-time sweeping on the app.

  • Yes, it is, but in a different way. When you use the mop holder during the sweeping process, it automatically avoids carpets. So, if you place a rug in an area you don't want to be swept, the robot vacuum will avoid that area by default.

  • Yes, The is perfect for families with pets because it uses a brushless suction port instead of a main brush. The benefit of a brushless suction port is that it doesn't tangle with hair, so you don't have to worry about maintaining a main brush.

Good for the price as a first smart vacuum cleaner
It’s a great product for the price. You can’t select a room to clean or stop it from going in an area you don’t want it to go in so it will often get stuck over a chair leg or front door mat. However it does pick up loads of dog hair/debris and leaves vacuum lines which makes the carpet look clean. Mine comes out twice a day and is always full of dog hair which is surprising as I also vacuum with a standard vacuum cleaner. Overall I’m impressed with the amount it picks up. The mop function is useless you need to change the baby wipe constantly as it dries out. ( you need to put a baby wipe on the floor and the smart vacuum pulls it around the room) 99.5% of the time it finds it way back the the charger after cleaning the whole ground floor.

Let’s get the negative out of the way first.

You don’t get the suction of your Dyson, nor even the AmazonBasics bag less vacuums.
It tends to blow particles next to its run away which in some cases means back over areas it thinks is done.
It doesn’t do edges of the room as well as it does the rest.
It spends a lot of time banging up against obstacles. Some things it sees, other it thuds.
The map it produces isn’t accurate to floor plan and it seems to misjudge parallel run distances.
The dirt canister isn’t that big and particularly on your first runs and with new carpets doesn’t last a single charge.
And just like all robot vacuums you still need to do behind obstacles and doors, the stairs and you need to run round those edges before judging guests turn up, and don’t forget to remove wires, tasseled edges and light weight breakables from the area being cleaned.

So with all that why do I now own 2?

Robot vacuums can cost a fortune so if you want most of the issues noted addressed (but never the last) start looking at over£500 to around a grand and many (but not all) of these issues are addressed. I wasn’t willing to pay that much. In both cases with a sale on I paid less than a hundred each which is about what you would pay for a reasonable quality manual. For that I got a well made item that for all the points noted above does the job. My scoring reflects the value for money for the outcome gained.

And then there is cumulative effect. These are designed to pop out and do the job when you are busy doing something else. While I wouldn’t suggest having it hoover your room while you sleep, doing the ground floor while you are asleep upstairs does work. I started running my first every day and I went from having to empty the bin 3 times on the first run, to twice on the second and from then not filling the bin on a single run. That’s not because it’s not working, it’s because it got on top of the job. For maintaining I now run my first vacuum once every 3 days and it still doesn’t fill the bin up.
And that also means cleanliness, that first run picked up a lot but blew other mess around and did a poor job overall. That second days run gave me an acceptable result. The third a good result and ongoing regular use has maintained that with minimal effort and time on my part.

The cumulative effect on cleanliness and quality of job is what made me buy a second for upstairs. And that went through the same process although as on new carpet it’s still filling the bin every time.

So as long as you don’t expect overnight miracles, understand that multiple regular use is needed for acceptable results (schedule will depend on your personal needs taking into account pers, kids, etc.) understand the limitations of all robot vacuums and the features you can expect and not expect from price point in comparison to paying a grand for top end, this is a good buy.

It’s quick and easy to set up. Easy to run and schedule. Easy to empty and after a few initial runs has all my floors at a better than acceptable standard. And that’s for the whole house with my still having spent less time than it would have taken me to do 2 rooms. And to be clear, that’s from receiving 2 robots, opening the boxes, setting them up, emptying them and doing the areas they can’t get to in the first month. And the cleanliness they are maintaining is better than I would clean to and on a par with my wife’s expectation.

So I am happy I got 1. Happy I got a second. And very happy that I no longer have to waste so much time doing it myself.

Unfortunately in my household we are now having a discussion on division of Labour as my share of the jobs has gradually become automated (I’ve never regretted that first dishwasher either), but that doesn’t change the fact that with regular scheduling and patience to allow the cumulative effect to show, these have saved me time from doing a necessary job I don’t like. So as such, I’m happy.

Very easy to set up and use. Love that it returns itself to the dock when it’s finished so you can set it going then forget about it! Not too loud - I thought my cat would be scared of it but she’s fascinated and is supervising the vacuuming 😂 Picks up so much pet hair. The mop doesn’t work very well but that was only an added extra and I’m probably going to get a robot steam mop too because this is so great!

This is on power mode (it’s highest suction setting) and edge mode (so should go round the edge of the room) as you can see it both gets lost on the front door mat, doesn’t get to the corner and doesn’t actually pick up the dust…
Honestly if I could give it zero stars I would!!
Also sometimes makes a loud knocking noise but could ignore that if it managed to clean the floor.

I get that it’s cheaper than a lot of others, but it’s very expensive for something that doesn’t work!!

The vacuum is well packaged and seems well made. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and as described by the seller. It doesn’t have brushes underneath nor is it able to map a room as much more expensive vacuums would but still manages to navigate around furniture very well. It has two suction levels the higher of which uses more battery but still allows for more than an hour of cleaning before returning to base for charging. Good value as a first robot vacuum. Haven’t tried the mop function but I suspect it’s fairly basic.
