    Parcel arrived on time and well secured and protected, big box. Everything was there as well as clear assembly instructions, I got to work and all too quickly my new shiny barbecue was assembled. I connected my gas hose and hooked up the gas cylinder, I turned on the gas and all the burners lit up one by one, using the ignition system. Now I am waiting for the sun to come out, so I can get cooking or may I will use it as a patio heater.(Scottish weather)

    Very pleased with this. Assembly not too bad, end product is pretty sturdy. Fired up first time and the four gas knobs responded well to adjusted temperatures. Temperature with hood down was similarly responsive to those dial adjustments
    Dismantled fairly easily to clean the grills, rack and lower plates (although I may have damaged latter in dishwasher, having hand cleaned rest. Still very pkeased

    BBQ arrived promptly, was well packaged and in good condition. We easily assembled the bbq following the instructions.

    However, there were two issues with the product.

    Firstly, the piezo ignition system on the temperature knobs did not ignite the gas.

    Secondly, and MUCH MORE IMPORTANTLY, after lighting the gas with an extended lighter, flames gushed out the FRONT of the BBQ all around the temperature knobs.

    The only way to stop this was to turn it off at the gas bottle.

    We “stupidly” waited a while and fanned it in case there had been some sort of gas buildup when first trying to light it… and we tried again on a different temperature knob. THE SAME THING HAPPENED.

    Please note… the gas burners are pre assembled and installed at the manufacturers. There was nothing to be done by us other than to attach a new hose and regulator. Wonder what, if any, safety tests were done at the manufacturer for this one to get through.

    On discussion with the supplier via the retailer they suggested we bought a replacement ignition system and they’d give us a discount on the price. TOTALLY IGNORING THE FLAME THROWING THAT WE’D REPORTED!

    Needless to say we have returned the product which meant we had to spend more time dismantling it and repacking it. Collection process was good and we’ve been told the refund has been actioned.

    This review is written as a warning to others so as to be cautious when first firing it up just in case you also have a faulty one.

    As others have said the instructions are not great, but looking at the parts and moving backwards and forwards in the instruction manual means you can work it out. Built in about an hour.
    Really impressed with the grill,the controls allow for easy adjustment of the heat. I use this in combination with a smoke box, and the food tastes great. The cast iron grill is sturdy and after a dressing of oil means nothing sticks. I clean with a wire brush and wipe down with Mr Muscle Kitchen Degreaser so easy to clean.
    Quite sturdy construction, I was surprised how well the castor wheels were, they are usually something BBQ manufacturers skimp on, but they are strong and make moving the BBQ quite easy.
    Only slight disappointment is they don't include a hose and regulator but I suspect this is down to different countries having different bottle types maybe?

    Overall this is a great BBQ, it was easy to put together, however like all BBQ's not that easy to clean.

    It works well and looks great when it is out on that sunny day in the garden with a beer.
